In putting this web site together, the one
thing most interesting to me was seeing my skills in digital
astrophotography develop over time. From the very first grainy shots
of NGC 4565 in 2003 to the latest images, the learning curve is
clearly demonstrated through the quality of the images I've produced so
far. Note: I don't always have time to keep this site updated with my current images, so check my blog on the SDAA AISIG Gallery site too.
To view the images on this web site, the grayscale below should
be neutral gray with all shades clearly visible. If you cannot
see some of the darker or lighter shades, your monitor probably
needs calibration or adjustment. Adjust the brightness and
contrast of your monitor until you see all of the grayscale
shades.

2008 SCT-user Imaging Contest...
...the results are in!
In late 2008 I ran accross the SCT-User imaging contest during a Google search.
I entered and received a 3rd place for this image of the Crescent Moon
in Best Solar System Image with a Non-Astro Camera division.
